Vivacom to acquire N3.

Vivacom, a Bulgarian telecommunications company, agreed to acquire N3, a cable operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. N3 is based in the city of Plovdiv and has offered digital TV and broadband internet services to its clients for a number of years. Its infrastructure includes a latest generation fibre-optic network. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close this year.
