Qima completed the acquisition of Hansecontrol from Otto Group.

Qima, a global provider of supply-chain compliance solutions, completed the acquisition of Hansecontrol, a provider of quality assurance and product safety services, from Otto Group, a retail e-commerce company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hansecontrol will continue to provide the existing assurance services to Otto Group companies. The Qima Group intends to take over all 450 Hansecontrol employees.
