Atlantica, the sustainable infrastructure company that owns a diversified portfolio of contracted assets in the energy and environment sectors, completed the acquisition of Coso Geothermal Power Holdings, a 135MW geothermal power plant, from Bardin Hill, Avenue, Corre Partners and Voya Financial for $170m.
