Cognita completed the acquisition of Horizon English School from Al Najah Education.

Cognita, a group of diverse connected schools, completed the acquisition of Horizon English School, a non-selective, private school in Dubai, from Al Najah Education, a provider of education investment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cognita is incredibly excited to welcome Horizon English School into our global family.
