EVE Partners completed an investment in Integrity Express Logistics.

EVE Partners, an investment firm focused solely on the transportation and logistics industry, completed an investment in Integrity Express Logistics, an asset-light provider of third-party logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. The additional growth would come on top of a strong year in 2020. After the pandemic slowed business early in 2020, the second half of the year was much stronger for IEL. The company ended 2020 with revenue of about $540m. That’s up 37% from 2019’s revenue of $393m.
