Yarra and TA Associates to acquire NAML from Nikko Asset Management for A$130m.

Yarra Capital, a boutique and independent asset manager in Australia, and TA Associates agreed to acquire Nikko AM from Nikko Asset Management, one of Asia's largest asset managers, for A$130m ($100m). "The transaction will enable us to continue strengthening our partnerships with clients and will provide the additional scale to support greater investment in talent, technology and operational excellence," Dion Hershan, Yarra Managing Director.
