VetPartners completed the acquisition of Pet Cremation Services from August Equity.

VetPartners, a provider veterinary, farming, mixed and equine practices in the UK, completed the acquisition of Pet Cremation Services, a pet cremation and pet burials services, from August Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Glenn and the team are passionate about end-of-life care, and I could not be happier that they are joining our team. My own three dogs were individually cremated at one of their sites and I know the level of care that they put into the service they provide," Jo Malone, VetPartners CEO.
