Westinghouse Electric, a provider innovative nuclear technology, completed the acquisition of AC160N control platform of ABB, a global technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents a strategic investment into the long-term operations and enhanced performance of the global operating fleet. It also gives Westinghouse the full control of the technology regarding its use and evolutions,” Patrick Fragman, Westinghouse President CEO.
