Element Materials Technology completed the acquisition of Avomeen from High Street Capital.

Element Materials Technology, a global provider of testing, inspection, certification and calibration services, completed the acquisition of Avomeen, a company offering product testing and development services, from High Street Capital, a provider of flexible capital and operating expertise to lower middle-market businesses.
