ATSG to acquire DatAvail's infrastructure management business unit.

ATSG, a tech-enabled managed services and solutions company, agreed to acquire the infrastructure management business unit from DatAvail, a technology and managed services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of DatAvail's Infrastructure Management Business Unit enhances our overall infrastructure services and solutions, allowing ATSG to bring an elevated level of service innovation and digital transformation to our clients.
