Guillevin International, a wholesale distributor of products and equipment for the construction industry, completed the acquisition of Dubo Électrique, a distributor of electrical, lighting, automation and control products in Quebec. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This new acquisition significantly consolidates our position of strength in the Quebec market with a broader clientele," Luc Rodier, Guillevin President and CEO.
