Blackstone-backed Vungle to acquire GameRefinery.

Blackstone-backed Vungle, a mobile performance advertising platform, agreed to acquire GameRefinery, a SaaS mobile gaming analytics company headquartered in Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed.
