TeamViewer, a software company, completed the acquisition of Upskill, an industrial augmented reality software platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our existing customers will benefit from an accelerated product development roadmap, global reach, and additional solutions and features within the TeamViewer portfolio,” Brian Ballard, Upskill CEO.
