Okta, an identity and access management company, agreed to acquire Auth0, a company that builds and operates a cloud-based identity platform for developers, for $6.5bn, a cloud-based identity platform for developers. “Combining Auth0’s developer-centric identity platform with the Okta Identity Cloud will drive tremendous value to both current and future customers.
