Storskogen completed the acquisition of Danmatic and Prægel & Co.

Storskogen, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Danmatic, a company specialised in design, production, sale, and service of industrial processing machinery for the bakery industry, and its subsidiary Prægel & Co. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to have acquired Danmatic and Prægel & Co. They are well-run companies with unique market positions, profitable business models and high levels of competence in their field.
