Arsenal Capital-backed Meridian Adhesives Group, a manufacturer of adhesives and sealants technologies, completed the acquisition of adhesive suppliers GENTEC and FT Polymer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GENTEC and FT Polymer are trusted names in the electronic adhesives market in Europe.
