Salins to acquire the high-quality Salt Specialties business of Nouryon.

Salins, one of the leaders in salt in Europe, agreed to acquire the high-quality Salt Specialties business of Nouryon, a global specialty chemicals company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition and the longterm partnership with Nouryon, our company is developing its core business to better serve its customers in the salt market. All our teams are looking forward to working with the over 250 employees who will join our company.
