LGC, a provider of scientific testing, specialist analytical and diagnostic laboratory services, completed the acquisition of Paragon Scientific, a manufacturer of reference materials for applied markets including the petroleum and petrochemical sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome Paragon to LGC, having known the company for many years.
