Cupa Group completed the acquisition of Rinus Roofing Supplies.

Cupa Group, a global producer of roofing slate, completed the acquisition of Rinus Roofing Supplies, a distributor of roofing products and construction material. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Rinus to the Cupa family.
