Bertelsmann, a German private multinational conglomerate corporation, agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in RTL Super, a children TV channel, from Disney. Financial terms were not disclosed. he transaction is subject to approval by Germany's Federal Cartel Office and Austria's Federal Competition Authority and will be registered with the relevant media authority.
