August Equity-backed Air IT to acquire InfoTech Solutions and Concise Technologies.

August Equity-backed Air IT, a provider of managed information technology support, digital transformation services and cybersecurity, agreed to acquire InfoTech Solutions, a provider of IT support and security services, and Concise Technologies, a provider of managed IT services.
