RAFAUT Group completed the acquisition of LACE from LISI Group.

RAFAUT Group, a supplier of specialist aeronautic equipment, completed the acquisition of LACE, a company whose main business is the design, manufacture and maintenance of cargo hooks for helicopters, from LISI Group, a manufacturer of high value-added assembly solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The integration of the activities of LACE cements RAFAUT Group's strategy to become instrumental in consolidating this segment and reinforces its position as a European supplier, thanks to the support of its shareholders, HLD, ACE Capital Partners, Etoile Capital, and BNPPDév.
