Radius Payment Solutions completed the acquisition of Rainbow Communications.

Radius Payment Solutions, a provider of B2B transport and communications services, completed the acquisition of Rainbow Communications, an independent telecommunications company in the UK and Ireland. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Eric and Martin have built a great business over the last 20 years and have a strong customer base that includes many of Northern Ireland’s Top 200 Companies.
