Synopsis

Capitana Venture Partners, a venture firm based in Madrid, agreed to merge with Athos Capital, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The merger is being very well received both by the previous investors of the two managers and by new investors to whom we have presented the new fund," Juan Filiberto Martínez, Athos Capital Partner.
