Markerstudy Group completed the acquisition of Brightside Group from AnaCap Financial Partners.

Markerstudy Group, an insurance services provider, completed the acquisition of Brightside Group, an insurance broking and financial services business, from AnaCap Financial Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be joining Kevin and the Markerstudy Group, a business we have been close to and respected for a long time.
