Clubessential Holdings to acquire foreUP.

Clubessential Holdings, a venture capital firm, agreed to acquire foreUP, golf course software. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the agreement, we at foreUP will operate as an independent entity under the umbrella of Clubessential Holdings, a fully owned subsidiary of Battery Ventures that specializes in membership and club management solutions for the private club, college athletic, health and fitness, and parks and recreation markets.
