CVC-backed STARK Group to acquire Melle Gallhöfer from Palero Capital and The Gores Group.

CVC-backed STARK Group, a distributor of building materials, agreed to acquire Melle Gallhöfer, a German distributor of roofing and facade building materials, from two private equity firms Palero Capital and The Gores Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “First and foremost, I look forward to welcoming over 750 new colleagues in Germany to the STARK Family.
