TrønderEnergi and Stadtwerke Munchen completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Fosen Vind from Statkraft for $67m.

TrønderEnergi, a retailer of electricity, and Stadtwerke Munchen, a municipal utilities company, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Fosen Vind, a wind farm, from Statkraft, a hydropower company, for $67m. Fosen Vind has a total of 206 turbines with an installed capacity of 801 MW. The original ownership structure still stands, where Statkraft has 52.1%, Nordic Wind Power 40% and TrønderEnergi 7.9%.
