PSB Holdings completed the merger with Waukesha Bankshares.

PSB, a parent company of Peoples State Bank, completed the merger with Waukesha Bankshares, a parent company of Sunset Bank & Savings. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to complete this transaction and we look forward to expanding upon our growing presence in the greater Milwaukee area,” said Scott Cattanach, PSB Holdings President & CEO.
