Private equity firm Renatus Capital Partners completed the investment in Kappture, a provider of Electronic Point of Sale and Mobile Payments software to the stadia, education, and hospitality industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. Renatus will bring both financial and strategic support to the Kappture business to help it achieve its growth plans.
