Solitea completed the acquisition of D3Soft Group.

Solitea, an ICT solution provider, completed the acquisition of D3Soft Group, a developer of energy information systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very glad that we managed to acquired D3Soft Group. Thanks to it, we have obtained not only the great products FLEXI IT and Leonardo, but also a motivated team with more than 80 employees and tens of satisfied customers. The acquisition opens for us a whole segment of energy trades and distributors, to whom we will be able to offer comprehensive solution of their IT and internal processes management. The side benefit is geographical location of D3Soft, thanks to which Solitea has gained strong presence and background in the North-Moravian Region," Martin Cígler, Solitea Chairman.
