Atwater Capital completed the acquisition of Mediawan.

Atwater Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in Los Angeles, and LEONINE, a media company based in Munich, completed the acquisition of Mediawan, a French media conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will allow for coproduction projects between two independent production and distribution groups in France and Germany
