Mehiläinen to acquire Qvalitas Arstikeskus and Unimed Grupp from BaltCap.

Mehiläinen, a private provider of health care and social services in Finland, agreed to acquire Qvalitas Arstikeskus, a healthcare provider, and Unimed Grupp, a dental care chain, from BaltCap, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Under our ownership, both companies have become vital countrywide service providers shaping the long-term development of health care sector in Estonia.
