DISH to acquire Republic Wireless.

DISH, an American television provider based in Englewood, Colorado, agreed to acquire Republic Wireless, an MVNO service operating on the T-Mobile network. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Republic has created a loyal following and established a brand known for innovation, customer service and value. We plan to build upon that strong foundation," John Swieringa, DISH COO.
