CompuGroup Medical to acquire Atlanta Group.

CompuGroup Medical, a provider of electronic health solutions to healthcare providers, agreed to acquire Atlanta Group, an operator of healthcare centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of the Atlanta Group, we are responding to changing practices in the healthcare market. Nowadays, healthcare professionals increasingly need solutions that allow the coordination of care between different providers.
