Investec, an international investment and private banking group, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in G2V Recruitment Group, a group of recruitment companies, comprising vivid resourcing and g2 recruitment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Investec's structure allows for working capital headroom and is designed to facilitate future recapitalisation of the business as it continues its growth trajectory in the coming years.
