PatientPoint completed the merger with Outcome Health.

PatientPoint, a patient engagement solutions company, completed the merger with Outcome Health, a Chicago-based healthcare technology company. The combined entity will be majority owned by a group of investors including funds managed by L Catterton and Littlejohn & Co. Financial terms were not disclosed.
