EasyPark Group completed the acquisition of Park Now Group from BMW Group and Daimler Mobility.

EasyPark Group, a parking tech company, completed the acquisition of Park Now Group, a parking provider, from BMW Group, a multinational company which produces automobiles and motorcycles, and Daimler Mobility, a provider of financial services, fleet management systems, and mobility solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a historic milestone in the industry, and we are very excited to embark on this journey.
