Pemba Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in RxMx, a provider of specialty medicine management systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RxMx is Pemba’s 20th technology investment in the last 5 years. As a clear global leader in patient monitoring SaaS for specialty medicine it’s an exciting company to back.
