Primonial Group, an independent wealth and asset management group, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Union Générale des Placements, a French financial consultant, for £102m. Through this strategic equity investment, the Primonial group consolidates its offering by focusing on investment solutions that are relevant in the current market environment but also in the longer term because of their adaptability.
