Summit Partners to invest in Cinerius Financial Partners.

Summit Partners, an investment company, agreed to invest in Cinerius Financial Partners, a provider of asset management services committed to uniting bank-independent asset managers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cinerius will provide the asset management partners access to support in the areas of regulatory and digitalisation as well as access to growth capital in the future. Further services in the areas of compliance, HR and marketing are planned.
