Hilton Grand Vacations completed the acquisition of Diamond Resorts International for $1.4bn.

Hilton Grand Vacations, a global timeshare company, completed the acquisition of Diamond Resorts International, a timeshare company, from Apollo Global Management and Reverence Capital Partners, for $1.4bn. “This strategic combination will leverage the strengths of each company, positioning us to drive significant Net Owner Growth while enhancing efficiencies of scale and generating significant shareholder value.
