Domicile, a home care company, and Crescera, a private equity manager, completed the investment in Homedical, a home care provider servicing the Brazilian chronic disease market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Crescera's strategic investment allows us to integrate our expertise and network of suppliers into the robust structure of the group.
