Medisys, a media monitoring system providing event-based surveillance, agreed to acquire Cityzen, a publisher of software for social action management and software for organizations, from Groupe UP, a provider of vouchers, cards, web platforms, and mobile applications. Activa Capital and Turenne Santé also support the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Kempen European Private Equity Fund, acquired a direct interest in the new entity that will be created as a result of the merger between software companies Medisys and Cityzen. "This partnership is a real opportunity to create a leader capable of meeting the challenges of the sector's digital transformation. The know-how of Activa Capital and Turenne Santé in building sector champions through consolidation made this operation possible," Guillaume Bouillot, Medisys President.
