Doosan Bobcat, a firm engaged in the engineering, manufacturing, and marketing of construction equipment, agreed to acquire forklift biz business from Doosan, a manufacturer of global logistics equipment, for $660m. The forklift unit of Doosan dominates the country's forklift market with a 54% market share.
