SVPGlobal and EnTrust Global completed the acquisition of aviation investment and asset management business of DVB Bank.

Strategic Value Partners and EnTrust Global, two private equity firms, completed their acquisition of aviation investment and asset management business of DVB Bank, a transport finance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "EnTrust and SVPGlobal share our vision to provide transformational financing and investment solutions. Together, we will be able to significantly strengthen our offering of innovative financing solutions to airline and leasing clients globally in the current environment," Stephan Sayre, DVB Bank Co-CEO and CIO.
