National Energy completed the acquisition of wind and solar farms from Hellenic Capital Partners.

National Energy, an investment platform, completed the acquisition of wind and solar farms in Greece from Hellenic Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The platform says it is looking for more opportunities to acquire operational wind and solar farms. It currently has 161 MW of solar projects under construction out of a portfolio of 270 MW that successfully participated in auctions.
