3i-backed Royal Sanders, a private label and contract manufacturer of personal care products in Europe, completed the acquisition of Tunap Cosmetics from Wurth Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Tunap Cosmetics fits well with 3i’s and Royal Sanders’ strategy to accelerate growth in the fragmented personal care environment in Europe.
