Nuova Argo Finanziaria completed the acquisition of 47% stake in ASTM for €1.7bn.

Nuova Argo Finanziaria, an investment company controlled by the Gavio family and private equity firm Ardian, completed the acquisition of 47% stake in ASTM, a motorway construction company, for €1.7bn. More in detail, the ASTM note explains that “through the offer and the delisting, the offeror intends to make possible a reorganization of the issuer aimed at further strengthening, an operation more easily prosecuted in the unlisted status”.
