Imperial Dade to acquire Cosgrove Enterprises.

Imperial Dade, a distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies, agreed to acquire Cosgrove Enterprises, a provider of facial, toilet tissues, car liners, umbrella bag kits and stands. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the future of Cosgrove under the leadership of Imperial Dade. Our customers will receive the same outstanding service they have come to expect from us and a significantly expanded offering of products,” Greg Rogers, Cosgrove Enterprises President and CEO.
